Marcy's Animal Blog- Luna's In The Dog House!

Hello, folks! Many of you met me as a baby! I'm pretty proud that I've already graduated from puppy kindergarten, and now am learning a lot of new things!

This Auntie M smells fairly familiar, but I smell a dachshund and a  pug as well! Yep, it's obvious- there are other canines in her life!

Auntie M brushes me each day and takes me out often. At first I didn't like that she wanted me to walk right beside her! What's THAT all about?! She doesn't run with me. And her throwing abilities are far from perfect! (Once she went to throw my ball down the hall. It hit the corner of the hall wall, bounced back, and hit me in the head!)  I'd like you folks to feel sorry for me, but it's a soft terry cloth ball, so the only wound was to her pride!

I'm pretty tired today! Last night I did two things that wore me out! First, I threw a fit when Auntie M wouldn't play with me out in the field. She was telling me to go to the bathroom. I wanted to play. She decided it was time to go back home, because it was cold and dark!  I decided it wasn't happening. So- I grabbed the leash with my teeth and played "tug of war" with her. (She wasn't happy!) She grouched something about how well I did earlier, how she bragged to you folks about me, and now I was acting up! (Here I thought was just being playful! Geez!)

Then I gutted Monkey! (He's a bit flatter than before!) Auntie M was not too pleased about that either. Something about stuffing everywhere and monkeys don;t grow on trees! I don't know what her problem is- it's MY monkey! Anyway, that was a lot to do between dinner and bed time! Whew!

I think I'm in the dog house. Today Auntie M plans to take  me out on numerous occasions, to have  me "walk and sit- walk and sit"! But now it's snowing hard! Whew! I have my chew bone- and monkey still has some stuffing, so I'm fine to stay indoors for a while.

Oh well. Auntie M  feeds me well and forgives me my lapse of etiquette from time to time. She does call me pretty and praises me when I'm good. I'll give her that. Guess I'll let her stay.  Tomorrow's her last day here. We'll see how well she does!
