Marcy's Animal Blog- Sir Dudley Pug- A Spring Outing- SO Many Choices!!

Yes, I'm feeling a bit disgusted. Auntie M has my front seat!

I'm Sir Dudley Pug. Spring is here! Actually, it almost feels like summer! I LOVE it! Auntie M and Owner Mama took me to a park called the "Hudson Mills Metro Park"! When I realized I was going for a drive, I could hardly contain myself! (Though my nose is still out of joint, every time I have to sit in the back seat!)







So, here we were at the park. Fence posts! Trees! Everywhere, TREES!! So many choices of sniffing and marking!! I wasn't sure what to do first! I went from tree to tree- even when my "water ran out- I gave that "marking" a good try!

Darn! Missed this one, and now I have no more "marking" water!

At one point I accidentally stepped in the river! Wait a minute! I'm not a water dog! Boy, did I get out of there quick!

There were all sorts of canines out and about! I guess their Owners love them as much as mine does me!

As excited as I was, when Owner Mama sits down, I stand quietly beside her. (I'm SUCH a good dog....sometimes!)

I did wander enough to get tangled in a branch! Oh dear! The darn thing kept following me!

Owner Mama has a little collapsible cup she brings on outings, so I can have a drink. She sure takes care of me!

All in all, it was a wonderful day! I hope I can get some of those other trees on another day. The choices made me dizzy with excitement!

So, if you folks own a canine, give them the gift of sniffing and marking! We canines live for the joy of it!  Happy Spring to you all!
