Mowgli The Mighty Hunter!!!

   I am Mowgli! I am beautiful, svelte, and feline! Hear me roar!Now, understand that normally I am a shy, even skittish feline! But even shy kittens have their limit!!

   I am thoroughly frustrated! I don't know WHEN I swished my tail this hard! It's Auntie M!! Someone needs to give her an attitude adjustment!!
   First off, she calls me Kitty-Witty! Excuse me?! (I'd like her to hear a few names I have for her!)  Kitty-Witty, my fluffy tail! Secondly, there is little to no appreciation for what I do around here!!

Today, for example! I brought her not one but TWO dead mice! Two! Does Auntie M have any idea how hard those suckers are to catch??!! TWO! What does she do? She's SAD! She "lovingly" scooped them up and gently wrapped them in a paper towel! Then she gives them a proper burial in that large container by the garage! Does she commend my hunting skills? NO! Does she give me ANY extra anything for my evenings effort? Ya! A dirty look!




Ah, well! Glad I got that off my chest! I'm far too pretty to be angry for long! It's just not a good look! I do have to admit, Auntie M feeds me well. However, she tried to brush me the other day! What?! Does she think I need grooming? I do just fine by myself, thank you very much! (Oh dear, there I go again!) I think Auntie M is more of a canine person than a feline person. If she had her way, she'd have ME on a leash!






  And what's with this camera?! Ya- flashing it whenever she likes. I was trying to sleep this afternoon- you know, just a little cat nap- when she flashes two or three times. I hadn't moved. Why so many pictures? I simply got up and moved to a spot she couldn't reach!











   I know she's going to be here for a while longer, so I'll have to find ways to be purrrfectly content anyway. Sorry for the grumpy mood! But independence and indignation is in the nature of every feline worth her salt! That being said, you all have a purrrrrrfectly wonderful day!!!
