Hello! You have heard from Ruby and Ricco! They have told their "Grown Canine" views. I want to talk too!!
Let me tell you! Being a baby - a puppy to be exact- is NOT easy! Ruby seems to be a bit sympathetic. But I guess it's easy for both Ricco and Ruby to forget how tough it is! (That's my baby picture, when I first joined the human family!)
First of all, being big is not my fault! It's just my breed! And can I help that I needed to chew while my baby teeth were itching to gnaw on something?
But Auntie M has photo proof that I gnawed on everything I could, not just the other canines!
For a little while I was shorter than Ruby! For a little while! |
I know I'm clumsy. And I was use to playing with my siblings, who were a bit more energetic than Ruby- and a great deal more willing than Ricco! Really, I just want to hang out with the other guys. I don't mean to be in the way!
Yes! Everyone loves on me! Puppies need that to grow! I'll bet Ruby and Ricco had their turn. So- they will just have to let me have mine!
Auntie M has even been amazed at my strength and how fast I can run! I'm still growing, of course. But as you can tell, I'm built for speed and endurance!
Now, Auntie M was here a few times. While she stayed here she talking to me and helping me with my "manners". She loves my beautiful grey coat, my blue eyes, and my happy spirit.
But she let me know that she was not going to do much jogging with me. She ran in the yard with me- round and round the house we went. I was hoping for more long distance! Oh- well. That's o.k.
My human male does a lot of training with me. And I know he wants me to be his hunting partner one day! (Maybe that's what upsets Ricco Chihuahua! He may be a "little" hunter, but I'm built for BIG game!)
Auntie M believes we will all be pals one day! I hope she's right! Both Ricco and Ruby are really nice. Just jealous of my beautiful coat and blue eyes, perhaps!
I'm looking for Auntie M to return! I'm even bigger then these last pictures! I can't wait to show her how many different things I've learned since last she was here!
Until then- I'll just keep growing, learning, and trying to fit into the canine pack! If that doesn't work, I can always just sit on them! Ha ha!
I'm sure you'll hear from the three of us again! And I'll be able to show you what new things I've learned! There may even be a happy picture of the three of us happily playing together--- some day!
Until then, happy tails to you!
